Description: Offered for your consideration, this Vintage 14k Gold Ruby Pearl Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity Pin. This small 12x10mm pin features a center of black enamel with gold Greek letters for Alpha Chi Sigma with clasp hands and skull and crossbones. The center is surrounded with 6 rubies and 12 seed pearls. The pin back opens and closes smoothly. The back is engraved with a name and date. The fraternity was founded in 1902 at the University of Wisconsin. Alpha Chi Sigma is a professional fraternity. This means that it limits its membership to a specific field of education in colleges and universities. The professional fraternity may initiate faculty members and qualified students who are pursuing a professional degree. Alpha Chi Sigma provides both education and brotherhood to its members. It is not only focused on the professional aspects, but also on social activities, mystery, and brotherhood that is shared by other social fraternities.
