Up for bid is this stunning Vintage 14K Shell Cameo Bracelet. It was purchased in Italy but I cannot find any marks except 14K. It is 7 1/2 in long and 3/4 in. wide . It weighs 47.4 grams. The gold work surrounding each of the 7 cameos is exquisite. The cameos are depicting The Days of The Week through Greek Mythology (I think?). They are beautifully carved and light shines through the shells highlighting each cameo in a lovely soft glow. I have added a close up photo of one of the amazing cameos showing 4 horses and a chariot. These cameos were carved by a very very talented artist and are truly magnificent!! Each gold frame section measures I inch long by 3/4 inch wide by 1/4 inch high! Each cameo measures 3/4 inch long by 1/2 inch wide . Very nice sized cameos and you could have all 7 beauties encircling your wrist. Very classy & very elegant. It is not hard to believe this was made in Italy. The cameos and the gold work just speak of the excellent quality that you'd expect from Italy. Italy makes some of the finest jewelry in the world.
