Vintage 1900s Shabby Brass & Cast Iron Cottage Bed-Full I am pleased to offer this turn of the century shabby chic cast iron bed that has some great brass rail accents and a super cottage look. The bed is very tight when put together and the rails fit snuggly and secure. The headboard is 59" tall at its highest point and the footboard is 40" tall at the highest point. The brass on the bed has a rich patina which I personally like but could be cleaned with steel wool if you wanted a better shine. I want to point out that all the brass finials are present and connectors are semi fancy throughout the bed which gives it a great flare. If you are looking for a bed for that spare room, have a bed and breakfast, or you are looking for that piece to give you a nice shabby chic look...this is it.
