Item Description: Set of 11 volumes from a collection written by Charles Darwin, and published by D. Appleton and Company, New York, 1904 as a third edition. The volumes are most of a complete set written by the famous naturalist and geologist most noted for his theories on evolution. All volumes measure approximately 8" x 5.5" and contain numerous black and white sketches, and colorful fold-out maps and illustrations, depending on the topic.
