RARE Vintage Federal Tube Radio, Desk / Tabletop; 1920's. Tag Plates located on the inside read; 1. "Federal Radio Corp. Buffalo NY USA, Ortho-Sonic Electric Type H 34867 2. "Federal H-10-60The 6 tubes in the radio are; a 5 Prong, #27 National UnionThree 4 Prong , #26 USA RCA Cunningham Radiotron a 4 Prong #12A Silvania and a 4 Prong #112 A RCA RadiotronMeasures 18" wide x 10" tall x 12" deep and it is Heavy; weighs nearly 40 lbs. Wood Filler has been used on bottom side edge.The Cord Must Be Replaced as it is Not Safe. We did plug it into a Ground Fault Interupter and 1. the Radio Light came on2. the tubes all lit up on the top and 3. it did not trip the recepticle.But w/o a speaker we can't say if the radio works or not. On Off switch is on the side, 3 knobs on front are; Volume, Dial and Vernier; they all turn easily. Radio Cabinet is in Very Good Condition, Excellent Condition for it's Age.
