This item dates to the 1920's and is the all original, but the paper has falled off of the back. This is the Maxfield Parrish Print called Daybreak at the top and the mirror at the bottom. The frame is all original and in excellent condition, t are no damages. This measures overall 12-3/4" wide and is 32-1/2" long. The print measures 6" X 10", the mirror is 10" X 20". The mirror is in good condition overall, a little wear/silver missing, but not hardly noticeable. The print is faded and t is some water damage at the bottom edges, see photos.
