Vintage LARGE 1928 Gilbert Art Deco-styled Tambour mantle clock. Gilbert Clock Company, Winsted Connecticut Dark Mahogany case in Excellent condition. Dated 1928 on movement Gilbert 1807 series Triple Chime bars - very unusual chime - three notes hit sequentially on the hours and a single note on the half hour. Almost sounds like the old NBC chimes. Original pendulum included Vintage key included Original 6-1/2 inch silvered dial is very clean Original Gold toned hands and numbers are still shiny and in excellent condition has light scratches and dings as you would expect but nothing major Movement cleaned and oiled - runs perfectly 20 x 10 x 5 inches - with a 5 inch dial see photos Original lables on case RUNS PERFECTLY SEE PHOTOS
