This is a beautiful 19" Patsy Ann made in 1929 by Effanbee. She is all composition (some repaint) in great condition, molded brown hair, tin sleep eyes (work great), real lashes (a few missing), nice color (some crazing on face), Marked: Patsy Ann / Effanbee / Pat. #1283558". and she dressed in a really pretty little outfit. She has on a one-piece underware trimmed in pink, pink poka-dot dress, pink corduroy coat with matching bonnet, pink cotton socks and black patten shoes. She is nice and clean and ready for display. What a great doll! Shipping 10.99 priority with insurance and tracking.
