Up for auction is a vintage neon on porcelain window sign from the SCHLITZ brewery
circa 1930's
LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY ( Boston area )
In this era, sign companies installed and maintained the signs. Neon tubing comes through the
brown and white porcelain face. Glass front panel protects tubing.
I replaced the transformer inside. The box has a handle, and loops for chains to hang in the window.
The sign appears never to have been broken and repaired. From my personal collection.

T are tiny chips at the front corners virtually unseen behind the front bezel, otherwise porcelain is in excellent condition.
