Up for auction is a Vintage Rare Piece of Gasoline & Oil Memorabilia from the 1930's. It is a Golden Shell Motor Oil Pinback with a Thermometer. This Vintage Piece is in Two Colors on the Front with Shell Oil Classic Red & Yellow. On the front it states: GOLDEN SHELL MOTOR OIL - FAST FLOWING FOR COLD STARTS - TOUGH FOR STEADY RUNNING. The Thermometer measures from -40 to 120 Degrees. The Thermometer is fully functional and is Mercury inside Glass. The Back is solid Yellow with the Pin nice and straight. It is 2 1/2" Wide by 2 5/*" Tall. Classic Shell Design with minor spots on the front and back but overall in excellent condition considering it's age. I have only seen one like this in over 25 years of being in the Petroleum Equipment field. Email me with any questions. Please see the pictures and thanks for looking!
