OK folks, this is the one! It's as good as it gets on one of these watches unless you can find one kept under lock and key since 1933! Up and open for bids is one of the most incredible "circulated" (i.e. ever worn at some point in time) long winding throat Mickey Mouse pocket you will ever see. The long throat is much more desirable and rarer than the watch that has the stem that just sits on top of the watch. It's a very hansome look and functions well. Face is great, colors are bold and saturated...it is a very sturdy Pocket Watch that just feels right when you hold it and sounds right when it ticks. This 80 year old lady is still fired up and ready to go to a new owner. Just look at the pictures as they are a major part of the description of the watch. There are no significant scratches and there are no dings or dents anywhere on the metal body. Very Clean. It has a very few of the coin surface "pocket scratches" that would be expected from any worn pocket watch. The Stamp of Mickey on the back shows no heavy wear and the details are still there and very visable. The rear stamp is very clear and sharp. The second hand round dial at the bottom of the watch matches the white face and has not turned black like it is so common in these watches. Face is absolutely beautiful! The Serial Number is 5327160 . I have owned this watch for several years and it's been a good one. This 1930's LONG THROAT Ingersoll pocket watch is in absolutely wonderful condition. I have had the watch rebuilt/cleaned and reoiled This was the one I was going to keep but I've decided to down size. Some day I will find another one of these in this condition...I can only hope. In anticipation of this sale I put the watch through three (3) 24 hour tests. It lost two (2) minutes every test. That can be adjusted if you want to open the back to do so (again, please see the photos to adjust the time inside back) but that time was good enough for me. I'm listing this with a "buy it now" option because it's worth every penny of that price....and where else are you going to get a watch like this one? Lesser watches have sold here before for more and a collector knows the worth of what they are looking for. The last watch of this quality I listed sold long before the bidding ended...and they got a great watch at a fair price. IF you want this watch for your collection the buy it now option will assure you the opportunity to obtain the watch you want and not take a chance of being outbid at the last minute.
