Up for auction is a vintage Grand Lodge of New York medallion/badge. The badge is crafted from 14k yellow gold, weighs approx. 20 grams, and has blue enamel on the top piece. It depicts a coat of arms with the words "Grand Lodge of the State of New York" on the top and a cornucopia on the bottom piece. On the back is engraved the words " Presented to R.W. William W. Hamilton by Cornerstone 367 F.&A.M. Sept. 19, 1934". The back of the top piece is stamped D&C 14k. The backside of the top of the bottom piece is stamped 14k D&C. The top piece is not a pin but instead appears to hang from a ribbon. The badge is in very good condition with no visible cracks on the gold or in the enamel.
