1937 Armstrong felt-base linoleum rug #4595 with childrens nursery rhymes and games
This was found under some carpet in an old farm house. There is still some carpet backing that is stuck but it will peel right off.
The piece is completely intact and in decent shape however there are 2 problems which can be seen in the pictures.
Very close to a one of a kind seeing as how i have only been able to track down one other that has not been destroyed or cut up.
The individual squares are worth over $100 each. This is your chance to own the entire piece.
Would prefer local pickup but will ship at your expense for actual shipping cost. The rug can be heated up and rolled up without damage and will need to be reheated to be unrolled. Not sure what the best way to ship is but will figure out however you want it shipped.
I reserve the right to end this early as it is for sale locally.
Mint condition this is worth $20,000 and in this shape appraiser said $3-4,000
We are listing this as no reserve since we need it out of the house to finish moving in.
Happy to answer any questions that i can about this.
