Hello and welcome to our auction!

Up for bid today is a vintage bakelite 1939 New York World's Fair thermometer depicting the futuristic Trylon and Perisp symbol.

This piece is in excellent, undamaged condition with very minor wear to the writing on the front of the base and the thermometer itself seems to be permanently registering 120 degrees. Well, we suppose it's that temperature somew in the world so we can't argue!

This little guy measures approximately 3 7/8" to the top of the Trylon, 2 1/4" across the base and 1 1/8" deep.
