Singer Sewing Machine Alloted September 5, 1940 Only 15000 of these machines were produced. Register Number AL 641549 The classic look of a Singer Sewing Machine with the Gold Text on Black paint. The paint is original - THIS HAS NOT BEEN REPAINTED! Steel Construction makes this unit pretty heavy. You are bidding on an excellent condition Sewing Machine. This machine is fully functional and produces a perfect stitch. This machine is in very good condition, t are a few chips in the paint. The knee lever control inside the hard case is fully functional. This unit is Gear driven. The wood case has had a gentle refinishing. The original working key is included, t is no manual included but one can be downloaded from the singer website. Professionally serviced prior to listing on e-bay. Shipping with insurance is calculated based on location and the handling fee is $15.00. The item unpacked weighs approx. 50 lbs. I have estimate an additional 5 lbs of packing material and the box.
