VINTAGE c.1940 TELECHRON "ORANGE CRUSH" LITEUP ADVERTISING CLOCK Wonderful crisp example of this Telechron "illuminated face" Crushy Boy clock that would have been seen at your local Ice cream parlor or Soda fountain during the war years! 15" wide with a clean crisp original face that lites up by 2 "7 watt" bulbs from the backside! The reverse on glass face is flawless without any paint loss,spidering,nicks,scratches,etc! Nice strong composition case which is original on these Telechron liteups with both flaps on the backside intact & not bent up in anyway! The bezel is also nice & clean without rust,dings or dents common on these clocks! Original cord & plug & the clock itself works nicely & silently which most don't! All 3 hands are intact & have not been played with in any way! I've owned 100's of Telechron advertising clocks over the years & this is one that has been in my collection for almost 40yrs! Just a "killer" piece for any Soda fountain, Ice cream parlor, Diner, Luncheonette, Drugstore, Apothecary, Countrystore or General store collection or just to adorn your kitchen or playroom!
