From a local estate, a very detailed Blackamoor era dancing Zulu warrior brooch, unsigned. His pave' skirt is attached with bolts, and his shield is on a spring, attached to his hand. he is 3 1/4" tall and about 2" wide. It is listed in the "American Costume Jewelry" book by Brunialti, which dates this brooch to 1940 from an ad at the time. Excellent condition, with 2 small missing stones, and 1 larger stone.
