Just in time for the Holidays - All Things DISNEY Bambi and Thumper Charming vintage 1940's porcelain planter. Modeled after the characters in the 1942 Walt Disney Animated movie 'Bambi'. This planter features Bambi the White Tailed Deer playing with his friend Thumper the Rabbit in a field of pastel flowers next to a fir or pine tree. 4 1/2" tall X 5 1/2" across. No chips or cracks. Inside is super clean. Some minor crazing to glaze. This would make a lovely gift for the Bambi fan. A nice decorative item for a nursery. This is by far the nicest design of all of the Bambi planters. Unmarked as to maker. This is a detailed piece and is modeled all the way around. This 60+ year old item will be packaged carefully and shipped to you with the best of care.
