This is a very solid and complete, minus the handle and glass, eco air meter.The glass was cracked so i removed it, so no one would get cut. There is no rust thru and the pictures does not do this meter justice.There is one small dent towards the top that can easily be removed. I have disassembled the meter and all of the screws and bolts came out except one screw that holds the back cover on. And it can be drilled out easily. The front and back panels were protected by several layers of paint. This a great meter to have powder coated because it is so straight and solid.Thanks for looking and MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!!
