This is the popular vintage Christmas Elf, made by the Rushton Co., Atlanta, GA, in the 1940's. The Rushton Co. was only in production for a few years following WW 2. This elf stands 15" high, is made of red stuffed felt, with green feet and collar and white hands. The rubber face resembles the Kellogg Snap, Crackle & Pop elves.This doll is in overall good condition. T are no rips, holes or tears in the fabric. From what I understand, t was a white fabric belt, at one time, but this is long gone. The Rushton tag is intact. PLEASE NOTE!!
