Vintage 1940s Sheridan Silver Plate Pedestal Dish This auction is for a beautiful Silver plated Pedestal Dish made in the 1940s by The Sheridan Silver Co. This piece stands 6âe tall with a 31⁄2âe base. The dish itself is 61⁄2âe in diameter and about 11⁄2âe deep. It is completely round and has a scroll pattern that encircles the entitle dish. The pattern consists of a raised flower and leaf which is repeated. On four places around the top edge are a pair of raised flowers. Between the dish and the base is a 31⁄4âe stem. The stem is embossed with the same floral pattern as on the top of the dish.
