Something that looks as good as new, but there is some evidence that it has had slight use. Normal shelf wear in a new bookstore would keep me from saying "MINT".This piece : Appears never to have been used . Only very slight shelf wear on edges. Extra nice gilded edges. NO DAMAGE to the pages. All pages clean and crisp. Prior owner's phone number hand written on a blank, front end page. Canada has been mentioned here because they have agreements with our USPS that make their regulations more in line with ours, especially on tracking .
