This is a slide of a Santa Fe engine, I believe near Stockton, California. Please note, that this is a picture of the slide taken with a less expensive digital camera, and the actual slide appears to be very focused and sharp compared to the picture of the slide. You will not be disappointed. This is Kodachrome. The slide is in excellent condition. This is from 1946. The slide was found among a group of slides from the 40's and 50's. This particular slide is not dated but t is another slide of the same engine, dated 1946, and has the rest of the information about the Golden Gate Ltd. Stockton, Calif. This slide will be offered at a later date. The slide is labeled "transportation" The last picture shows the description of the other engine shot for verification. This slide is not included in this auction. Free shipping on this, you will just need to pay optional insurance at whatever value to be determined.
