Absolutely Fabulous! Coco Chanel jacket, navy blue & White boxy double breasted, metal buttons, patch pockets, nubby silk and wool blend, Silk lining. Label is intact, made in France from French fabric. This was an expensive jacket in its time, what Lana Turner or Doris Day, would have worn. My words are inadequate to describe this garment. In the vintage clothing book for dealers this lists for $2,500.00, so the price I have on it for this auction is a bargain indeed. the jacket measures 23 inches from the back neck to hem, 19 inches from the front of the jacket to the hem, 17 inches from armpit to sleeve hem, 20 inches from armpit to armpit across the front, the label says size 4o and that is the measurement all around the jacket from armpit to armpit across the front and back. the hem of the jacket is weighted with gold chain to make it hang just right, this matches the gold metal buttons. I have been in the vintage clothing business for 15 years. Thank you for shopping in the Land of Enchantment.
