This is a vintage 1950 "HOPALONG CASSIDY BLUE CLOUD DECAL" METAL LUNCHBOX . It was made in the USA by legendary lunchbox company "Aladdin Industries". This classic western lunchbox is famous for being the very first standard size children's character lunchbox...this is the one that started it all! This is in nice display condition for being 62 years old with normal wear. The famous "cloud decal" is very nice . I have provided a close-up photo so you can see that. Often the decal is significantly faded or heavily scratched, but this one is quite nice. There are some dents in the box and the child who owned this scratched some fine lines into the blue paint. But overall this is a nice piece for the price. This listing is for someone who wants a very affordable one of these that will still display nicely as seen in the first listing photo.
