Up for auction is a Vintage HO Scale Plasticville Fire Deptartment! This Firehouse is for Plasticville’s Engine Co. No. 7 and Ladder Co. No. 8! This was part of a late 1950s to early 1960s train set and layout that I recently acquired. As shown in the photos, it is in great shape and complete with all doors, the siren and its entire chimney in place. The garage doors open and close easily. Some parts are glued together, and there are a few glue spots and small paint spots, mostly near the bottom edge. This fire house is one of Bachman Brothers “Plasticville USA” series and is marked with “Pat. June 17, 1952 No. 2.600.900” on its inside rear wall. It would make a great addition to any HO Scale railroad layout!Take a look at the photos to best judge condition. If you are not fully pleased, let me know if there is anything I can do to improve the transaction before leaving any feedback. Almost all items are vintage: they were purchased at estate sales/auctions, yard/garage sales or flea markets, and are sold as found…the history of previous ownership and storage conditions of the items is unknown, and I have no idea if a previous owner smoked or had pets. I do not accept returned items simply because you’ve changed your mind or assume items to be other than what is stated in the description. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Attention International Customers : Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” since US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
