Up for your consideration is an original film studio Special Effects Prop (circa 1950's - 1960's), amazingly crafted of molded hard plastic/resin/acrylic over a Styrofoam head with some pliable clay behind the face. Scaled to a "T" with all realistic features.This is an absolute RARE and ONE OF A KIND historical artifact and horror film collectible. The piece was acquired from an estate of a long time horror film and sci-fi collector. Item has been in their horror prop collection for 30 plus years, but does not have any studio or serial # markings other than a Japan stamp on the bottom of head base.For condition please be sure to view all photos as there are minor defects but still in fine preserved condition for its age. All special effects are as real as they can be with the lifelike look of the skin to the resin/acrylic teeth and solid glass eyes. A few of the pins have come loose that fasten the lifelike long curly wig to the head. Bloodstained lace neck piece lies under her neck. A fantastic addition to any historical, Sci-Fi, or horror fanatic collection.This piece was stored for some time amongst other props, and carries with it the vintage feel and even odor of an old time prop room.
