Up for auction is a VINTAGE, 1950s AUNT JEMIMA AND UNCLE MOSE PLASTIC S&P SET “F & F TOOL AND DIE, DAYTON , OH ” Each shaker stands 3 1/2" tall. When taking photos t was a glare which appears as paint loss on the shakers. Both shakers are in Very Good (I hesitate to say Mint since everyone has a different opinion of 'Mint') condition without paint loss as it appears in pictures. The logo indicating these shakers were made by F&F Tool and Die, Dayton OH are embossed on the bottom of each shaker. Uncle Mose has his name ‘Uncle Mose’ embossed on the bottom of his jacket in the back. Aunt Jemima has her name embossed on the back of her apron. Original stoppers intact. This set is valued at $50-$65 in the 'Black Memorabilia for the Kitchen" Handbook and pricing guide by Jan Lindenberger - What a steal at $9.99 starting bid!!
