I get most of my items at estate auctions. I sell them in an "as found" condition. I do no repairs, alterations and very little cleaning. I do this in the belief that most buyers prefer to receive them as original as possible. Although I get most of my items at auctions, this piece is an exception. This piece was done by my step-father's mother, Martha Stidham (everyone called her "Miss Martha"), and from what i've been told was made in the 1950's. The top has been stored away by various members of the family over the years and has now come to me. I don't know what pattern this quilt top is called. I could'nt find it in any of my references. It is in excellent condition. T are about six to seven stitches per inch. The quilt top is about 62" by 84" in size. In payment I prefer PayPal but will also accept money orders. Please use the Calculator below to figure your shipping charges. A handling fee of $1.50 is included in this amount. T is a shipping discount for multiple purchases. SEVERAL SMALL ITEMS CAN USUALLY BE SHIPPED FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF ONE. This does not apply to very heavy or large items because they will still need to be shipped separately.
