This is a vintage Betsy McCall 8" doll from the 1950s. She has honey colored hair and was found in an old house with her romper. Her romper is a bit loose. She is in good condition, in my opinion, however I do not collect these dolls so if you have any questions about her please feel free to email before bidding. Her limbs are somewhat loose. Her right eye opens a teensy bit less than her left eye-see my pics. Her eyes close with help. They want to stay open. Her hair is in excellent condition with both her hairclipsand her body is clean. You can see a bit of brown around her joints-I assume because they are metal, when you bend her knees-really you cant see it when she has her knees unbent-just trying to describe any little thing I assume you would be interested to know. We have shown in our pics how her hair is placed on her head because I read that that helps tell her age. I have a brown haired Betsy up for sale as well as some Betsy McCall clothing.
