Hello, you are purchasing a vintage 1950's Kreiss Japan Mary Had A Little Lamb Figurine set. This is an extremely rare variant that has a pink dress and spaghetti style flowers in her basket. The lamb is in good conditon with no chips, cracks, or breaks. The orignal string attaching the lamb to Mary has frayed and broken due to its age. The eyes are rhinestone as well as around the collar though the collar is missing some. Mary is in good condition with the exception of what looks to be a paint fleck on the ceramic on her back shoulder. It does not look to be a chip in the ceramic itself as it has no indentation and is only on the surface. Other then the above listed there is light paint wear. This is a very rare set so dont miss our as it won't show up again on ebay for some time. Please view all photos as they are intended to be part of the description. This charge will cover shipping costs from my location to E-bay's shipping center for the Global Shipping Program. The second shipping costs are paid directly by the buyer and given directly to the shipper. I have no control over the dollar amount you will be charged, nor do I know exact dollar amounts as this is charged by the shipping center, not the seller. As a seller, insurance is included on any USPS priority mail shipping on all of our items listed. If an item arrives damaged or broken the following MUST be done. The buyer/recipient is to send pictures of the broken/damage item as well as the condition of the box it was shipped in immediately to the seller. It is then the buyers responsibility to take the item to their local post office and file a claim with the postal service to be reimbursed for the cost of the item. The postal service now asks that claims be filed online; however you still need to contact your local postmaster to advise them of the claim/situation. We as the seller cannot file the claim nor do we receive a refund from the postal service if an item arrives damaged to our buyer. We will do everything within our power to provide any and all necessary information to the postal service and assist you in filing a claim. The buyer is NOT allowed to return broken or damaged items directly to the seller for a refund and as per the USPS policy the buyer/recipient of the item must directly take the item to the post office to file the claim. If you choose to open a dispute through e-bay or paypal then getting your refund for the damaged item will take longer because e-bay/paypal does a separate investigation. When the investigation concludes and it is decided that USPS is at fault for the item arriving damaged here is what will happen. If the buyer does not agree to file an insurance claim for a damaged item, both e-bay and paypal have stated they will not release funds back to the buyer.
