I will do my best to prevent this. Often older clocks that are not working upon arrival just need a minor adjustment to get to working condition again - please email me if you have any issues. I have been able to get "nonworking" clocks working again in 95% of all cases via a few emailed instructions or quick phone call. In the event that an item, costing $25 or more, is received in damaged condition the buyer must return the item to me along with photos of the as-received damaged item so that I may file a claim. Refunds will be given to the buyer by me personally once the item and as-received photos are received by me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For items that are LOST or NOT RECEIVED a claim can only be made with the post office after it is missing for 30+ days. Post office tracking must confirm non-delivery. Claims for Lost Items will be made by me 45 days after the scheduled delivery date. Refunds will only be provided upon receipt of compensation from the post office for the lost item.
