This is a very nice and unique find at an estate sale. I think it's from the 1950's, I'm not sure. These were usually set on TV's so people called them TV lamps.The metal (light bulb base) says "LEVITON" MADE IN USA. No other marks. It measures about 7 1/2" tall, 9 1/2" wide and 4 1/2" deep with shade on. This is in really good condition. The mermaid has two little nicks up at the top of her hair, not very noticeable at all. T are a few tiny pock marks? (w a bubble burst and leaves a little dot). I see one small line w the finish didn't take well under her hand. The shade sits on the base. It is a curved metal frame which a green vinyl type cord weaves the white plastic shade in place. T are 2 small places on the plastic that looks like it got too close to the light.
