Up for auction is an original vintage 1957 Vogue Ginny ballerina doll. She is 8" tall. This doll was from an estate. She is made of hard plastic and jointed. She is a bent knee walker (BKW). She is marked "GINNY Vogue Dolls Inc. Made in USA" with a patent number. Her arms are loosely strung. She has blue glass sleep eyes with real eyelashes that work just fine. She has painted eyebrows, rosey cheeks and closed mouth. She has blonde hair with a curled flip at the bottom and bangs. It is all there but it needs to be fixed and tamed. There is a small amount of glue residue on the sides of her face and around the back of her head. She is wearing an original blue ballerina costume with a net skirt. It is in vintage condition with fading but no holes or rips. She has that unmistakable Vogue innocent face. Very sweet high quality original collectible doll with no damage or repair.
