Emilio Pucci started in fashion designing ski and sports wear. This is one of those very early pieces... a brilliant yellow trench coat.
It seems to be water resistant, I have not tried it in a downpour so I can't say if it is waterproof, but water seems to roll off it fine.
The fabric is nylon, its super shiny and bright.
It is wonderfully made, and delightfully designed, I love the way the kimono style sleeves were defined in 3 sections. T are side pockets and a matching tie belt. It is unlined except for the area of the shoulders, sleeves and back which are lined in blue cotton. The coat is in very good vintage condition. On each cuff t is a little gray spot and a tiny pinhole.. I presume someone had pinned little broaches or buttons t The spots are very, very slight.
