Vintage Grannykins doll from the late 1950s or early 1960s, wearing her original outfit, which I believe is complete. This unusual vinyl doll is about 19" tall and has a sweet looking mature face with dimples and rooted salt & pepper gray hair styled in the original bun with a widow's peak in front. Her blue sleep eyes are clear and open & close properly. She has coral-color lips, fingernails & toenails. Doll is clean and does not appear to have been played with much, but there are some dark marks on the upper thighs, with a small green spot on back of the right thigh, a blue mark on the back by the right shoulder and both ears have some green from the earrings. The doll is wearing a beautiful, sophisticated outfit, complete with lingerie, that includes a Jackie Kennedy style beige suit made from a soft, nubbly, fuzzy type of material, don't know what it is called, the skirt has a metal zipper in back with a metal snap at the waist, the jacket has three buttons on front and closes with three metal snaps, the collar & pocket flaps are trimmed in a tan silky fabric that matches the blouse & hat, the jacket is fully lined in a beige taffeta fabric. The tan sleeveless blouse closes in back with three metal snaps. The tan hat has an organdy ruffle, trimmed with fabric flowers in front and held in place with two hatpins. Other accessories
