Vintage 1960s Norwegian crystal owl. I am absolutely positive this is Hadeland crystal. T is no maker's mark but I have been researching these figurines I inherited online and I have discovered Hadeland pieces from the time period with Hadeland stickers but no engraved marks. Original owner lived in Norway during the time period. I am not a collector so this is strictly an educated guess on my part.
I have not been able to find any pics of this owl online but it is nearly identical to style of Hadeland eskimo I found. This may be a rarer piece.
Owl is beautiful, one tiny nick under beak which I thought was an air bubble at first. Nearly invisible. 1.75 inches diameter, approx 2.25 inches high.
