I am moving and don't want to move all of my things! Please check my other auctions for great savings on shipping fees. Don't be fooled by the reproduction head vases being sold in great quantity on the internet now--this is an authentic vintage lady head vase from the 1960's and t really is a tremendous difference in quality!Now I know why they call these Glamour Girls! It was hard to get a good front photo of this glamorous lady because of all the great gold detailing on her...she has a highly textured dress and matching hat that are highlighted with large polka dots of gold--very neat! Her collar is painted with a little bit different shade of gold for contrast and she has a gorgeous vintage brooch with rhinestones added on the front. I especially like this lady's complexion--a lot of Glamour Girls have thick facial paint but hers is very smooth and satiny to the touch, very life-like. She measures a large 6 3/4" tall to the brim of her hat and is unmarked on the bottom, but guaranteed to be an authentic vintage lady head vase from the 1950's-60's. Most lady head vases were imported from Japan during this era, but a lot of these one of a kind Glamour girls were made right in the USA.Super excellent condition in this vintage vase, free from chips or cracks and I don't even find any crazing.
