WELCOME to our listing!...and we're glad you're here!We're offering a fabulous pair of robot pincher hands!Can't find out much about them...but we will tell you what we do think we know! We believe them to be from the 1960's! A dense plastic toy...the pinchers do work! By insert your hands inside the red vinyl sleeves....you'll find the "cloths pin" pincher part to squeeze making the outer robot hands pinch shut and open. Cool action toy!The toy is in good condition. We've found no cracks, hairlines, repairs and such. Some dust, glue residue, inside tape on the sleeves....all that we'd consider mentioning but not detracting. Measuring approx. 15" total length and the pinchers are approx. 3 3/4" wide and 5 1/4" open deep! Both are fully functioning! The red vinyl sleeves have applied yellow lightening bolts. Do not know if these are original to the toy. Some curling is happening to the "bolts". "Pat. Applied For" is all we've found marked on the toy. What an amazing space toy for kids from 50 years ago! AND what's more amazing is that these have survived! AND we'd imagine how expensive these probably were back then! Halloween costume accessory? Kid couldn't carry his/her treat bag.
