YOU'RE BIDDING ON A BEAUTIFULLY CARED FOR 3 Ring Radiator THE DOODLER Estate Pipe This is a highly collectible and rare pipe to find in this conditionThe briar is very aged and you can feel the dryness of the woodit is in exelent condition as you can see from the pictures'This is a doodler another of the creations of Tracy Mincer, who came up with the Custom-bilts in the 1930s and '40s - one of the most popular of extraordinary American pipes of the era. This is a ventilated pipe with holes and rings throughout the bowl that are used for cooling.' Mincer developed The Doodler as well , with its holes around the bowl passing through concentric bands to increase the cooling surface of the pipeMincer was always looking for a way to create a cooler-smoking pipe and This pipe was his answer.
