This 7-DAY AUCTION with NO RESERVE is for this fabulous and extremely rare classic. It's an Imperial Knife brand 1-Blade Easy Opener Pen Knife that I purchased brand new in 1966. It has gorgeous deep and lustrous imitation pearl scales that are in PERFECT condition, and a wonderful badge-shaped shield. The blade is in good to excellent condition. It measures 1 1/2" closed. It has a beautifully shaped shackle so you can put it on a keychain.Yes, my dad sharpened it for me on a stone at least twice . When I started collecting knives in earnest a few years later, this went in the display case with the others and has always been one of my favorites. The clip blade's tang is stamped USA on the first line and has the number P2281782 on the second line. Imperial knives were produced in Providence, Rhode Island during this period. Super hard to find I'm sure, and even if you can find one I do not believe you'll find one in better condition. Makes a superb addition to any collection. Please give my little baby a fine new home. I accept only PayPal unless you contact me BEFORE you bid and get my approval for another payment method. This item will only be sold to bidders with USA shipping addresses. FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping for the winner. Please see my other listings...I'm letting go of some super rare knives, all in pristine condition and each hand-selected at the time of purchase. The best of the best. Plus, I have more miniatures to come! Enjoy!
