This outfit is NOT mint and NOT complete. Please read description about condition so you are fully informed and not surprised. This outfit has been packed away for years and were only recently displayed.Polka-Dot Bolero Vest: Excellent to very good condition. Nice bright colors. No stains. Raw selvage edges of ruffles slightly frayed.Skirt: Excellent to very good condition. Bright green color, however, striped section appears a bit faded. No stains. Fabric belt selvage edges slightly frayed - hexagonal belt buckle EXC-VGC.Shoes: One pair of green Skipper flats (hard plastic), marked JAPAN. Very good condition (a bit scuffed), no splits.
