This is an auction for a Vintage 1969 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe . This guitar was originally a left handed gold top. T is still gold paint in the pickup cavities, which have been routed for full size humbuckers--see pics. The top has been sanded to natural and clear coated. A second cutaway has been done and the pickup switch has been moved to the control cavity. The body and headstock have been painted over but t are no breaks or cracks. When we got it it had Dimarzio pickups with coil tap switches. These have been removed and replaced with Gibson Burstbucker PAF style pickups and the coil tap switches have been disconnected but left in place to fill the holes. Bridge pickup measures approximately 8.4 k and neck measures approximately 7.94 k . Pots appear to be original and read 1376928...28th week of '69. One is bent. Truss rod cover is correct but reads RH...might be a replacement. Jackplate and knobs are replacements. Original nut and bridge with nylon saddles now set up right handed. The read more
