Check Out her Long Eyelashes! Original Ankle-Strap Shoes , too. This is a 1969 Skipper (or Skooter or Tutti?)--I have always thought she's Skipper. She was made by Mattel in Taiwan, and she's in fine shape. As I wrote above, her hair was likely tied in pigtails in the beginning, but as you can see, she prefers it down at the moment. Her golden blonde hair is thick and pretty, and her face and body, too, have been well taken care of. She is 9" tall, and you can see from the undressed photos that she can move in many places: head, arms, wrists, knees, and her legs move around in circles from the hips . Her green velveteen and white lace dress is vintage, with snaps in the back, and the hat and the two pairs of soft black and white shoes were also made long ago. The lime green flats are newer, but still somewhat vintage. The black shoes are superb, with the ankle straps that close with a little ball into a hole. The white ones have one shoe that's split where it fastens (see photo). At first, I thought I only had the green shoes to offer, so I photographed them in the collection, but later I found the black and white shoes to add. She weighs only 9 ounces to ship in a box, so she can fly First Class.
