VINTAGE 1970s 4006-6040 JAPAN SEIKO BELLMATIC BLUE DIAL - ORIGINAL BRACELET Because here at Sky Parlor we're all such vintage watch lovers 90% of our retro time keepers fail to make it to sale! However, there comes a point when you have too many waiting to be fixed and you have to share a gorgeous watch with other fans around the globe! For bids today we have a watch which we adore - it's a vintage Seiko Bellmatic! This is the 4006-6040 Bellmatic with a blue dial complemented beautifully by stainless details and a rotating red alarm zone. This Bellmatic features said alarm as well as day/date feature, a screw down back and the original Sun Stelux Seiko bracelet. Another thing that makes this Seiko neat is that it's from their Japanese stable - often the best quality. As you'll see from our pictures this baby is a beaut but being vintage she does have a laundry list to fix. This list includes a new crystal as the current one has a scratch under the surface! The date wheel is next as it has jammed on 11 and finally the watch is doing the start and stop dance meaning a service is needed. Usually we'd pop this watch down to Ryte Time and have it repaired as the finished watch will far out weigh the small amount of money that needs spent on it however we have quite a queue waiting to be repaired so we're setting this one free read more
