This Vintage 1974 **** CLOWN HEAD & TANK COVER for a helium tank **** are up for your consideration!! The back of the clown's neck reads " 1974 WINDY CORP 1" He is in very good condition. The paint colors are very vibrant. There are some paint chips and scratches and he needs to be cleaned (I have not attempted to do that). The tank covering is also in very good condition but dirty so needs to be cleaned as well. The clown head measures 43" in diameter at the widest part and is 14" tall.
