This box is too big to be sent out of the country. Also, I will need to send 2 boxes as the furniture will need to be sent in a second box. Also, if the shipping ends up being less than 50.00 I will refund the difference. I am just trying to not get burned on the shipping. This is the 30th Anniversary of this fantastic Barbie Dream House! This house made the wish list of many little girls in 1979. I could not resist setting up the house (using my daughter as the model) as it was originally displayed in the Sear's catalog. The neat thing about this house is that it comes in three sections allowing for a variety of configurations. However, once put back together it looks like an A frame house! This house is virtually complete as it was originally sold. It includes the orginal bedroom furniture of a bed, rug, and "high tech" nightstand. It has it's orginal bed sheet and pillow, however, I think the bedspread and extra decorative pillow are different (however they are very cute). The dressing room next store comes with the dressing table along with most of the original tabletop accesories (comb, brush, mirror, perfume bottle, and blow dryer). I am including a set of hangers and a suitcase in the closet. The desk did not come with the original house but it is a part of the same collection. The desk includes the clock radio. Both the vanity and desk come with matching stools (though the fabric was changed on one of the stools). The third room upstairs serves as a TV lounge. Included with this room are the original TV, coffee table, and chair. Downstairs the kitchen comes with the original range and refrigerator. The range accesories feature a large variety of orange pots and pans and utensils (I believe almost all are included). The refrigerator comes with food (I believe almost all is included). Barbie and friends can dine next door in the dining room. The dining room includes the table and two chairs as well as a buffet. T are many dishes with the buffet but I am not sure what came with the original set. The dishes are white, blue and pink. I believe one set of the dishes is extra. Only the spoons are included. Last, is the living room which includes sofa, coffee table and chair. Also, the original yellow vase, water pitcher, and water glasses are included. Two additional patio floor pieces are included. I am including a patio chair which is not original. PLEASE READ: Condition: Overall, the house is in great condition considering it's age and the fact that it was played with. The screws are pretty rusty so I would recommend replacing them before you put it together. If I had to guess I would say that the roof is a bit faded but is still a lovely orange. A couple of the floors are stained but once the furniture is in place it doesn't detract all that much. I believe all the windows are in place with the exception of two small windows and one medium window missing. The house comes with both of the front doors but I had to repair one as the small tab that sticks into the hinge broke off. I replaced it with a tiny piece of metal. It would be fine for display but will come off if the doors are used a lot. Some of the post covers or casings are cracked but this does not affect the sturdiness of the house (also they could be taped with clear tape). One of the closet doors is missing in the dressing room. I spent a couple of hours cleaning the house and furniture with the intention of mailing it put together. However, after researching the shipping I realized it would be far too expensive to ship the house without taking it apart. My husband sprayed each screw with silicone and carefully took the house apart. Once we did that more dirt was revealed which will need to be wiped off. Also the underside of the floor boards will need to be wiped. We labeled each part that we took apart and taped the screws on to their corresponding part.
