Vintage 1979 Stern Electronic Dracula Pinball Machine

The last Dracula that sold on ebay on 12/26/07 sold for $1505, check completed items for a comparison. This one has a much better playfield than the one that sold, in fact I'd say the playfield on the one that sold was worn well past the point of it being collectible. To make matters worst, t were pictures of another machine in great condition which was very misleading. Anyway, with me, you will get pictures of the actual machine and an honest description. I will include more photos and description in the next couple of days. I wasn't ready to list this machine quite yet, but since one just sold, I want to get it listed so those that missed out on the last one can have another shot at getting the machine they wanted. I will "shop" out the machine this weekend, it will be cleaned and tested, new bulbs and rubber will be installed w needed. One thing that I know is missing is the metal lock down bar that holds the glass at the front of the game. I seemed to have misplaced it, I think I left it on the trailer when I picked up the machine. You will have to pick one up on ebay from someone parting out a Stern machine. I keep forgeting to look for one, had one lined up a while ago for $50 bucks. I thought that was too much, but figure on that when you bid. Machine will be sold as is, shipping will be the buyers responsiblity and cost. Local pick up is preferred, otherwise North American Van lines is your best bet, they pick it up at my door and drop it off at your door, they are the carrier most pinball collectors use and they do a good job. More description and pictures to follow, please check back! I got the machine out today and shopped it out. Replaced the solenoid driver board, and one display to get it up and running well. I've played it all day and everything works perfectly except one light on the playfield will not light, it may be connection problem or a component on the light driver board. Pretty minor and wouldn't make much difference it's one of the drop target indicator lights, but I like everything to work so I will take a look at it to see what the problem is. Also, one time during a days worth of playing, the sound did not come on, may be a bad connection or dirty volume control, I just wanted to mention it, I will also look for the problem. ...
