Another Great Rick's Toybox Auction!!! DESCRIPTION Great vintage 1c Bally Baby trade stimulator from the 1930's. All complete and original and in excellent working condition. Original cigarette reels are not faded or cracked and the front payout card is still nice and colorful. Measures 6" wide by 5" deep by 8" tall. I don't think you'll be able to find a much nicer machine!! PICTURES SHIPPING TERMS PAYMENTS Shipping Methods: US Postal Service Priority Mail for US and international buyers. On some select items I do offer 1st class mail for both domestic and International shipments but then I cannot accept Paypal as t is no tracking capability as per Paypal requirements. NO PERSONAL PICKUPS - Please don't ask!! Shipping Cost: Please use shipping calculator in auction (available below) for accurate shipping quote. Quote includes a $1 handling fee that is charged only once even if multiple items are purchased. I do combine shipping on multiple purchases and in these cases it is best to wait for my invoice so you get the correct shipping total. Insurance: Available at winning bidder's expense and may be required on some items. Shipping Time: I usually ship every Tuesday and Friday and I utilize Paypal shipping labels which should put the shipping info right on the auction page for you. This will include delivery confirmation number and shipping date. Please do not email repeatedly regarding shipping info unless package has not arrived 7-10 days after payment. All payments must be payable in US funds and must be one of the below options. Money Order/Cashier's Check Personal Check (US Only) Paypal (to confirmed addresses only) All payments are expected within 10 days of receipt of my invoice. Any items not paid for within 10 days will result in Non-Paying Bidder alert being filed with Ebay. International money orders MUST be in US funds and drawn on a US bank. These will have a 9 digit routing number on them. Anything else will be returned to sender as my bank will no longer accept these when I present for payment. AUCTION TERMS AFTER AUCTION Everything sold will carry a full return guarantee privilege using the following terms: Item must be paid for within 10 days from auction end. Buyer must notify seller upon delivery that refund is requested and reason for requesting. They will be given a return number that must accompany package to expedite the return process. Any returned items that do not carry a valid return number will forfeit any refunds. If requesting due to damage or breakage and no insurance was purchased no refunds will be given. All items are packaged well to eliminate damage but it is up to the buyer to determine if any item may be susceptible to damage and purchase insurance accordingly. Buyer must return package using same material it was packaged in originally and return within 3 days of notifying seller of refund request. When purchasing group lots or in multiples, all items must be returned as no partial refunds will be given. Refunds will be given via Paypal or check (depending upon original method of payment) and will NOT include any shipping expenses incurred by buyer. Invoices are emailed usually within 24 hours of auction end. Feel free to use the Ebay checkout system no matter what your payment method preference is as this helps expedite shipping label printing and package preparation. If purchasing multiple items it is best to wait for my invoice or shipping calculations may be incorrect. For all individual items shipping should calculate correct and if paying via Paypal you are more than welcome to pay prior to invoice being received.
