Old, Bevel edge firmer or bench chisel. Marked BUCK BROS CAST STEEL with the Stag logo, not too common a chisel for the size. 9 1/2" OA, 2" width, 5 7/16" of steel from edge to end of socket. Handle looks to be original and is solid, Fine to use, does have working wear, no chips. A couple contained splits, some butt-lip and a socket lip but is tight on handle. The steel is Good+, no rust, some working dings, some shallow pitting on top which will have no effect on the edge, the underside is Very Good+, overall I would rate this one as GUC+, great user!
